The course focuses on the requirements of the Logistics and Supply Chain industry and apart from introducing the students to the general management subjects, covers subjects related to this field.

During the first year of study, the students are introduced to the concepts of Economics, Law, Accounting, Mathematics and Communicative English, among others. The various areas of management such as Organisation Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance, Management Information’s Systems and Production and Operations Management are covered from the first year itself and continue into the second year of study. During this period they are also taught the specialised courses in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, such as Logistics Management and Operations, Warehousing Management, Linear Shipping, Global Trade operations, among others.

4.Internships/Project work

At the end of the 1st year students are sent for 15-20 days industry internship and are required submit the report at the end of 3rd semester. In the final year, the students shall proceed for On the Job Trainings (OJT) of 22 to 24 weeks duration in two tranches and assessed accordingly. They will also attend a Workshop on E views and complete two sets of Mini and Major Projects during this period.
