Department of Management

a. Students who successfully complete their MBA course have an option to enter fields such as Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Healthcare, Marketing, Education, Sales, Technology Management, and Product Management among others. As the student gains expertise and knowledge about the field, companies are more than glad to hire such employees. In addition, completion of any type of MBA course also results in a good pay package because learnings from these subject areas are important for organisations and MBA graduates have already instilled this learning.
b. BBA graduates can look for jobs in sales and marketing department of companies as management trainees. Similarly opportunities in HR and Finance, especially financial product selling are quite frequent. They can also join BPO and ITES companies.
