Tanima Banerjee teaches Economics at Adamas University, Kolkata. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D in Labour Economics in Department of Economics, University of Calcutta. Earlier, she had earned M.Phil degree in Economics from Department of Economics, University of Calcutta. She did her M.Sc in Applied Economics from Presidency College, University of Calcutta. She had qualified UGC-NET-JRF (Junior Research Fellow) in Economics in 2014. She has published with reputed publishing houses, such as Springer. She has also read papers in various reputed national and international conferences.
