Industry Visit

A visit to Khaitan Winding Wire Pvt. Ltd., Biparnna Para, Jangalpur, West Bengal 711302, was organized on by the Department of Economics on 18th April 2019. The undergraduate students of 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year and postgraduate students of 1st Year and 2nd year of the Department of Economics led by a group of Economics teachers visited Khaitan Winding Wire Pvt. Ltd. to interact with the officials of the firm to understand the production function, the market structure, the distribution channels, the financing avenues and socio-economic conditions of the factors of production, as a part of learning beyond classroom.
