The School of Business, Adamas University, organised an event titled “Sectoral Analysis of the Union Budget 2026” on 27 February 2026. Professor Soumyen Sikdar (Ex-Professor, IIM Calcutta & University of Calcutta) graced the event as Chief Guest and Distinguished Judge. The programme was inaugurated by Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Radha Tamal Goswami, while Dean (School of Business), Prof. Dr. Samprit Chakrabarti, highlighted the value of such value-adding and engaging events. Six student groups presented six distinct sectoral analyses of the Budget, 2026. Two groups secured Joint First position, followed by Second and Third.
