Dr. Gouranga Patra

Dr. Patra is an academician in the field of management having more than 15 years of experience in teaching and Industry out of those 10 years of Post PhD teaching experience. Worked more than 8 years as an Assistant Professor and 5 years as an Associate Professor in Universities and Autonomous Institutions. In research front, he published 42 research articles in different reputed journals and edited books and presented 22 papers in national and international conferences in the area of Marketing and General Management and Human Resource Management. He is successfully guiding 10 PhD scholars, out of them 2 are already awarded with PhD degress. He authored two books under Springer Nature and Lambart Academic Press, Germany. On the educational front, Dr. Patra received my PhD from Assam University (Central University) in February 2012 in the area of Marketing and completed MBA from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa with dual specialization in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Dr. Patra holds various administrative positions in the University like NAAC, QAA, Students Affairs, OBE, NIRF, PhD convenor etc. He is passionate to learn new tools and techniques in teaching and research and also like to work in challenging environment
